A single session or the programme
If we go ahead, we agree the level that fits where you are in your career: New starter, VP to Senior VP or Director. Then you choose a single 90-minute session for one specific challenge, or the 12-week programme for deeper, longer-term change. We agree a clear focus before we start.
Follow-up

Which level is right for me?
Choose the one that matches where you are now. New starter is for school and college leavers, graduates and people in their first roles. VP to Senior VP is for vice presidents and senior vice presidents. Director is for directors and those stepping up to director level. If you’re not sure, we’ll decide together on your free discovery call.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. Employer-funded coaching is welcome, particularly at VP to Senior VP and Director level, and I can invoice your employer directly. [What details the invoice needs, and payment terms, to be confirmed.]
Can I pay in instalments?

What if I need to cancel?

What I bring to every session
Career experience
Over 20 years in some of the largest organisations in banking, telecoms, marketing and retail, including work across Europe with WPP and internationally. Today I work as a project manager and programme director in cyber security and banking.
I share what I've seen: how organisations hire, how they promote, and how work really gets done.
NLP techniques
I'm an NLP Master Practitioner, trained with Richard Bandler. We use NLP to work on how you think, speak and prepare. More about my approach.
Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, Chartered Business Analyst, Agile and Scrum, with a background in chartered and management accountancy.
These give us proven ways to plan, set priorities and understand the numbers.
Office politics and workplace dynamics
Every organisation has politics: who has influence, how decisions really get made, and how people are seen. I help you understand it and work with it, without compromising who you are.
Coaching has limits. If you need support with your mental health, I'll suggest you speak to your GP or another qualified professional.

About the coaching
What is career coaching with you?
It’s one-to-one career coaching, online. It’s grounded in my own experience of over 20 years inside large organisations and delivered using NLP techniques. Every session starts with your situation: the job you want, the room you’re walking into, or the promotion that keeps slipping away.
Who is it for?
People at every stage of working life, at three levels. New starter is for school and college leavers, graduates and people in their first roles. VP to Senior VP is for vice presidents and senior vice presidents building influence and going for the next step. Director is for directors, and those stepping up to director level and the top table.
What can we work on?
Getting into big organisations, applications and interviews, office politics, making sure good work gets noticed, going for promotion, moving into programme and leadership roles, and being the only one like you in the room.
How is this different from a careers adviser?
A careers adviser usually helps you explore options, courses and routes into work. My coaching is about what happens once you’re in, or on your way in: applications and interviews, office politics, being noticed and going for promotion. It’s one to one, built around your situation, drawn from over 20 years inside large organisations and delivered with NLP techniques.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is not therapy or counselling. It focuses on your career and your goals. If you need support with your mental health, please speak to your GP or another qualified professional.
Will this guarantee me a job?
No. No coach can honestly guarantee you a job or a promotion, and I won’t pretend to. Hiring and promotion decisions are made by employers. What coaching can do is help you understand what they’re looking for, prepare properly, and walk in with a clearer story and more confidence.

How are sessions run?
Online, one to one.
How long is a session?
Each session lasts 90 minutes. The free discovery call is 30 minutes.
What does the 12-week programme include?
Six 90-minute one-to-one sessions, one every two weeks, over 12 weeks. It’s for deeper, longer-term change.
Should I choose a single session or the programme?
A single 90-minute session suits one specific challenge, such as an interview coming up. The 12-week programme suits deeper, longer-term change. We can decide together on your free discovery call.

NLP
What is NLP?
NLP stands for neuro-linguistic programming. Put simply, it’s a practical toolkit for how we think, talk and react, and for changing the habits that don’t help us, like nerves before a big meeting. More about NLP and my approach.
What is your NLP training?
I’m a master practitioner trained by Richard Bandler, who co-created NLP.
Is NLP scientifically proven?
The research evidence for NLP is limited, and I’m open about that. I use it as a set of practical tools alongside my corporate experience. Not as science, not as therapy, and not as a guarantee.
Do I need to know anything about NLP?
No. You bring your career questions. I bring the experience and the techniques.
